People would surely say they knew everything there was to know about Google if you asked them, given hundreds of millions of people use it every day. Use the asterisk as a wildcard
You can substitute an asterisk (*) for any word or phrase in your search query if you are unsure about its meaning or spelling. After that, Google will look for the best possible match.
